Delete Your Account

You can permanently delete your Cosmic Circle account and all associated data at any time. This page explains exactly what is deleted and the two ways to do it.

What gets deleted

Deleting your account permanently and irreversibly removes:

Your profile — name, email, mobile number, and username.
Your birth details — date, exact time, and place (including coordinates and time zone).
Your derived cosmic identity — nakshatra, moon sign, ascendant, Janma Rasi, and numerology numbers.
Your messages, connections, and Cosmic Bonds.
Your AI-reading usage records and any push-notification subscriptions.

This cannot be undone. Once deleted, your data cannot be recovered, and you will need to create a new account to use Cosmic Circle again.

Option 1 — Delete it yourself (instant)

Sign in to your account.
Go to Cosmic Circle → Privacy & Visibility (the Privacy settings page).
Scroll to the Delete account section.
Click Delete my account, type DELETE to confirm, then confirm again.

Your account and data are erased immediately, and you are signed out.

Option 2 — Request deletion by email

If you cannot sign in, email us from the address associated with your account and we will delete it for you:

Include

Your account email and/or username so we can locate it.

We verify the request comes from you, then delete your account and data within a reasonable period (and acknowledge your request within 24 hours).

Data we may briefly retain

After deletion we do not keep your personal data, except where the law requires us to retain limited records, or to resolve disputes and enforce our agreements. Routine backups and security logs age out on their own cycle. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.
